Name:
Sabōsha no Ichizoku
Household of Desert Nomads
Country:
Kaze no Kuni
Leader:
Sabōsha Mugen
Rankings:
Kyûseishu
Messiah
The Kyûseishu is the leader of the clan, in every respect. He is often worshipped by the other members as a sort of divine leader, where the title of Kyûseishu originated from. The Kyûseishu is the head of all operations regarding matters within and without the clan.
The Kyûseishu is so highly revered, that most usually aren’t allowed to meet with him, or even talk to him, though this tradition has slowly begun to fade over the years.
Kôsôrui
Upper Families
These are the higher regarded families within the Kôsôrui. Because of the entire clan being a family, only the direct descendants of the create of the Kôsôrui are obliged as such. Therefore, only the elder siblings of families that are direct descendants of the family are treated as part of the Kôsôrui. However, if the older siblings are to die, the next eldest sibling is then a member of the Kôsôrui. Because of the war-torn state of the world, especially for the Sabôsha, it is often custom for Kôsôrui family to have three children, two being 'back-up' members.
The Kôsôrui are descendants of warriors who were either previous Kyûseishu, or a warrior of the clan that did a great deed for the clan, either in battle or in some other respect. Because of this, the number of Kôsôrui fluctuates. This is the only class that is allowed to converse with the Kyûseishu without being spoken too.
Bukerui
Warrior Families
These are the middle-class members of the Sabôsha, and are often the normal shinobi, and are the larger majority of the clan. They are the typical shinobi and members of the clan, and younger siblings of a Kôsôrui family also fit into this category. These warriors are not allowed to speak to the Kyûseishu, unless they are directly asked a question.
Hajirui
Shamed Families
These families are the very opposite of the Kôsôrui. They are families who are descendants of members who have done something shameful, or horrible in the clan, and are disgraced families because of it. They are often outcast from even entering the clan's camps, and are forbidden to even look upon the Kyûseishu.
Unlike the Kôsôrui, all descendants of the descendant are shamed, and treated as a lower caste.
Abilities:
Wadou
Worm Body
This is a unique Kekkei Genkai, known only to the Sabôsha, and his family members, known of which are really known. This ability derives from a contract in which they made with the Sahomu, a race of worms which devour nearly anything in there paths. In this contract, the members of the family are made into living hives of the things, and in turn, these things do there bidding. (Similar to the Aburame.) However, this takes it a small step.
The contract turns the user’s entire body into a seal, or at least a collection of them around the body, it allows them to summon the Sahomu upon will, each time automatically taking a small portion of blood from within there body. The seals themselves are placed in the brain, the heart, the muscles, and the tongue.

Kuchiyuse no Sahomu
Summoning of Desert Crawler Worms
The Sahomu are a breed of worms, that function an incredible amount like regular species of worms, except for one major difference: They will eat and digest anything that they can find. There regular worm ‘mouths’ have been replaced by larger, three-sided mouths. These mouths are filled with hundreds of small, edged, diamond-like teeth. Most have a fairly high muscle mass for a species of worms, but still have limited movement above ground without the help of a Sabôsha member.. All however, have an adept ability at digging, and may move at fairly high speeds underground, especially in sand.
These worms are capable of storing massive amounts of water within there bodies, and simply an amount of water equal to 1/100 of there body mass can keep them active and alive for two weeks. They love hot, and humid climates, but are deathly vulnerable to climates below freezing.
These worms are ‘partner’s of the Sabôsha family, but because of their laughably small intelligence, they are often simply ordered and used for there purposes.
History:
The Sabôsha are a very nomadic, territorial clan. They do not have any 'permanent' settlements, and instead wander the lands of Kaze no Kuni as a clan, setting up large settlements to stop for places, for random periods at a time, most often settling in the desert. This could be for days, weeks, or even months.
They have been wandering since there foundation several centuries ago, when they first began a contract with the Sahomu. Since then they have developed there bloodline over the generations, spending long periods of time with the Sahomu. At this point in time, there leaders did not have the title of Kyûseishu, but were simply referred to as Shuhan. (Leader)
Eventually, they, they became a more and more violent and war-loving clan, due to a specifically war-mongering, conquest-minded leaders, who proceeded to wage war on nearly every clan they came across, decimating and destroying rivals. However, this began to take heavy tolls on there own side as well, and the Sabôsha began to dwindle in number.
Then, the first truly regarded Kyûseishu stepped forward, slaying this war-loving leader. He began to revitalize the Sabôsha as a whole, bringing the populace back to its former glory, and out casting those who were deemed 'unfit' or 'shameful', as well as enhancing those who were worthy or highly regarded, bringing forth the first cases of the Hajirui and the Kôsôrui.
After this, the leader was always regarded as a Messiah, or Divine Leader, and was highly regarded in all respects. After many generations, it became so highly regarded, that they were almost worshipped, and only the Kôsôrui were even allowed to converse with them.
However, recently, a Kyûseishu began to become more and more like the last Shuhan, and ordered an attack on all nearby clans in Kaze no Kuni. This shocked the clan, and horrified them without end, but still, they had to do so. But before these plans could be initialized, the Kyûseishu was killed by Sabôsha Mugen.
At first it was thought that he would be disgraced and banished by the clan, but most fully supported him, especially the Bukerui. Shortly after, he was named the 37th Kyûseishu, and since then, the clan has done nothing outside of its own territories, though harsher punishments have been inflicted on those of enemy clans or groups found within the lands without permission.
For twenty years, the title of the Kyûseishu has not changed hands.
