Kōbutsu no Yama is a military base based around Kōbutsu Toshi. It is actually located in the mountain just off the pass out of Kōbutsu, allowing it to defend the town from the path. It is accessed through hidden tunnels. It is based within a cave. The opening to the said cave faces the basin Kōbutsu is built in.
