Kōdokutachii no Dōjutsu
Art of the Eye of Translating One's Movement
Kōdokutachii no Jutsu is the Blood Line Limit of the Kōban no Ichizoku. This Dōjutsu gives a Kōban the ability to see the traveling motoneurons of the body. Upon activation, the users Iris will begin spinning, emulating a sinking motion, until they take on the appearance of this. The color of the users world will become greatly dulled, as if a filter was placed over their eyes. With the dulling of natural color, a new, indescribable color is seen. This new nameless color is the color that represents the the motoneurons of the body. Motoneurons, also known as motor neurons, are the minuscule electric impulses that cause locomotion within the skeletal muscular system.
These motoneurons are always in motion, thus providing a constant vision for the user. For the most part, when a user of the Kōdokutachii looks at a living being, they will see a monochromatic (one color) version of the being they are looking at. This view, however, does not remain a perfect view. Because the motoneurons are what cause movement, the motoneuron vision is rapidly moving. As a movement is about to occur, the color of the motoneuronic area of movement will change into another indescribable color, giving the Kōban using the Kōdokutachii precognition of movement. The precognitive length that the Kōban has is approximately three seconds.
Activation of the eyes, and indeed a flow to keep the eyes active, requires a very small amount of chakra.
History:
Foundations
The Kōban was always a rather secretive clan in nature. They were also known for their fighting prowess. It's leader was known as the Sukune. The clan was founded by a man known as Kōban Sakkaku, who loosly pulled together a group of trained wanderers. Originally founded within a large forest, The Kōban would be known as one of the most Economically blessed clans, due to their high skills, and constant state of taking missions.
During it's time within the forests, the Kōban was not known to be large. The shinobi were not numerous, but were highly skilled, up until the time of the Kakusei, or Purging, lead by the then Samurai group Seika Nagano. Upon the completion of the Kakusei, in which a large portion of the clan was destroyed, the clan became weary of the lands they inhabited, and left. Their travels would take them to the mountainous lands of Tsuchi no Kuni. During the early years of residency within Tsuchi no Kuni, the Kōban, they would prove their prowess what not a matter of numbers. The village would undergo missions as recruited by the country they now lived in, deep within the vast mountain ranges of the land. One hundred years would pass, rooting the clan within Tsuchi no Kuni, and giving birth to a large number of clan members.
