[Two Swords as One]
Musashi's particular sword style, designed to use a katana and wakizashi at the same time. Designed to make most effective use of the weapons at once, this style also has plenty of single sword techniques and throwing practices, for Musashi will sometimes throw his wakizashi in this fighting style. The techniques of this style are separated into two categories: Itō and Nitō.
This fighting style teaches that a sword held with both hands is limited in it's movements, and so even when wielding only one sword, Musashi will most often only use one hand, or even switch hands if he needs to. He has trained himself to ambidextrous ability with the katana.
Sōshu Ittō
[Both Hands Unification]
Musashi's secondary weapon style, which is the usage of weapons that require both hands. Though Musashi typically uses two swords at once, he has trained in the use of weapons such as the nōdachi, naginata, and bō staffs. For any weapon longer than a katana that would require two hands, Musashi will switch to this style which is sufficiently different enough from his typical style that it would have to be separate.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]
