Many years ago, this city rested near the souther border of Kaminari no Kuni, until a war broke out within the city limits. This effectively forced many to migrate north to the imperial city Arashi Toshi, leaving behind the city to crash and crumble to the ground. Now all that is left of the city is a multitude of stone ruins and a single tower that still stands in the center. The ruins are now usually a resting place for bandits and wandering ninja looking for a place to hide.
